Home Depot ToolGuyd Creator Storefront Page July 2026

I applied to Home Depot’s Creator program a couple of months ago. ToolGuyd is already a Home Depot affiliate, but their new Creator program had some perks, such as the ability to create a custom storefront.

They got back to me with what I can only sum up as “nah.”

I don’t blame them – I don’t like connecting my social accounts to 3rd party trackers or integrations, and so I only connected ToolGuyd’s unused TikTok account which has maybe 5 followers.

After some time passed, a tool brand asked about the program and I decided that enough time passed that I should apply again.

The system gave me an automatic response that again summed up to “nah.”

So I stomped my feet a little bit.

After prodding the right people, either a glitch was fixed, I made a convincing argument, or someone gave in.

A week later I was invited to Home Depot’s Creator media event. I think it was a coincidence, as the invite landed in a completely different inbox.

ANYWAY. I was greenlit and welcomed into the program. Now what?

I really wanted the ability to create a custom storefront with curated product collections. That’s pretty much what I signed up for.

ToolGuyd has an Amazon storefront, but it’s been broken – I can’t make any changes. After months and months of emails, no one at Amazon seems to be interested or capable of fixing it. I think there’s some kind of technical glitch due to my business account. Frankly, I’m not sure anyone works at Amazon anymore – the responses always seem very “off.” Or maybe they don’t care. I bring this up because my issues with Amazon was part of the reason why I was so intent on creating a curated storefront elsewhere.

For Home Depot, that required joining the Creator program.

I started putting together ideas for a basic DIY and everyday tool kit, and the storefront collections feature makes that a little easier than a Home Depot shopping wishlist or browser bookmarks.

I’ll be exploring the storefront feature further and will see how things go.

Frankly, it’s not a big deal at all.

You might see me link to or mention the Home Depot Creator storefront – that’s why I joined – and it seemed logical to give you a heads-up here in advance, rather than explain it later.
