With a snowy and cold winter on the horizon, you can already score supplies for the season at steep discounts at retailers such as Walmart. Since there’s still plenty of time for snowfall, it’s not a bad idea to stock up on tools that make it easier to clear the powder off your driveway while you can find them on sale. This Voltask 24V Cordless Electric Snow Shovel, for instance, is marked down to $129 from the usual $230.
Powered by a 24-volt rechargeable battery pack, the electric shovel is capable of clearing snow up to 6.5 inches deep and 13 inches wide from all of the important areas around your house. It can easily uncover sidewalks, driveways, and steps at the touch of a button. The snow is then thrown out of the way using a rotatable guide plate you can adjust to the angle of your liking up to +/-30 degrees.
Voltask says the included 4.0Ah lithium battery will last 25 minutes on a single charge. But if that’s not enough juice to shovel around your household from start to finish, the battery pack is removable, so you could purchase a second one
to use while the first one recharges. Fully assembled, the shovel only weighs 9.3 pounds and stands about 57 inches tall. Although the height of the shaft is not adjustable, the front handle is, so you can change the position to maximize comfort and control.

“Very happy with this purchase!” exclaimed one shopper. “It was a cinch to assemble, dead simple to use, and it works perfectly. Plus it’s super light!”
“Although best used for light snow removal, it is still lightweight and powerful enough to get the job done in tight spots where a larger blower can’t reach,” another customer noted. “No more shoveling, back hurting duties!”
