SK Tools launched these new heavy duty scissors on Amazon, describing them as all-purpose industrial shears.
SK says the blades are made from “high-quality CR-V steel with one piece design and construction.”
The edges are induction-hardened for durability and “long-lasting sharpness.”
They show that the scissors can be used for gardening and pruning tasks and cutting a wide range of other materials besides twigs, such as leather, fabric, and sheet metal.
Sheet metal?
It’s available in 2 sizes, 7″ and 8″, and is priced (as of the time of this posting) at $15.
The 9″ and 10″ sizes, priced at $18 each, have a different design.
SK also has “heavy duty shop shears” that look to have less robust handles but a scalloped blade that might work better for some applications.
