BladeHQ recently showed off this now-sold-out Microtech LUDT Journeyman pocket knife.
The resemblance to the Milwaukee Tool logo seemed intentional.

The Microtech LUDT Journeyman is an automatic knife with push-button, which makes it illegal in many jurisdictions.
It features a 3.5″ blade with tanto profile, and is made from Bohler M390MK steel.

I can’t tell which of the claims are being made by the retailer, and which are made by the brand.
They also said it’s “a limited launch.”
Price? $411.
The automatic blade deployment makes this off-limits for me, and that’s before I even saw the price.
If the resemblance to Milwaukee Tool’s logo wasn’t sanctioned, it’s possible Microtech ran afoul of trademark protections.
A reader DMed me about the knife as well, saying “look who they are trying to make the knife look like.”
That the lightning bolt and font (aside from the capitalized M) are subtly different suggests that this wasn’t a collaboration.
The two-tone blade looks to pay homage to the Milwaukee FastBack utility knife.
The Microtech looks great, but it’s not something I could buy (due to the auto opening), or would buy (due to the high price).
