Amazon kicked off their Prime Day tool deals countdown with a discount on Dewalt’s most powerful 20V Max cordless drill.
Right now, there’s a “limited timer deal” on the Dewalt DCD1007WW1 3-speed hammer drill kit.
The kit comes with an 8Ah XR PowerPack battery – featuring tabless Li-ion cells – and a charger.
Amazon’s listing doesn’t show or mention a tool bag, and so you might not get one. But, their sale price is a full $50 lower than at other retailers.

As mentioned, this is Dewalt’s most powerful 20V Max cordless hammer drill. According to recently updated specs, it delivers a whopping 2100 in-lbs of max torque.

I’ve tested the DCD1007 and was impressed with its performance, which was to be expected, and also its ergonomics. Dewalt was able to boost the performance while also maintaining a reasonably compact size and lightweight package.
$249 seems like a great price for the kit.
