Festool USA went through significant layoffs a few months ago. The one person who I could always rely on to answer questions had left the company.
So, when I saw that SawStop’s Matt Howard, CEO for Festool North America, was roped into promoting the upcoming Festool USA promo, I sent him an email about whether there would be media support. Matt said he’d nudge the right folks.
Well, Festool’s big reveal ended an hour ago, and I’m still in the dark.
After scrolling through some hype, finally, a summary of everything that is launching in the USA in 2026!
I see some new 18V batteries, a Festool planer, circular saw (another one, this one must be better), cordless routers and…
These are just the same tools that Festool already launched in Europe last year.
