The Milwaukee M18 Redlithium 2Ah Battery is just $29, 54% off its normal $61 price tag. It’s compatible with over 125 Milwaukee M18 cordless power tools, and despite its low price it comes with lots of great features.
This battery is part of Milwaukee’s Redlithium line, which they claim means it has up to double the runtime, 20% more power, and double the lifetime recharges of standard lithium-ion batteries. That’s partially due to the onboard Redlink intelligence that “provides optimized performance and overload protection using total system communication between tool, battery, and charge.” The battery itself has an integrated weld frame, cell separator, and rubber that protects it from impact and vibration. There’s an on-board fuel gauge as well. And while 2Ah puts this battery on the lower end of available capacities, that also means it’s one of the most lightweight, so it can go a long way to preventing arm fatigue.
