The Milwaukee 3494-23R M12 3-tool cordless power tool combo kit is back for the 2026 holiday shopping season.
It comes with Milwaukee’s (excellent!) M12 compact brushless drill, compact brushless impact driver, older brushed model 3/8″ ratchet, 2x compact 2Ah batteries, a charger, and tool big.
All that for $199.
Is it worth it? The holiday promo price for the 2-tool combo kit is also back, at $149. Do you want a cordless ratchet for an extra $50?
While not as powerful or feature-rich as the latest M12 Fuel brushless ratchets, the brushed motor model tends to be a great a value. It’s also much more affordable.
I like the compact drill and driver a little better than the M12 Fuel versions. Although they’re not as powerful, I like the ergonomics better. It’s also difficult to complain about the price.
If you think you might need a cordless ratchet, you won’t be able to get one – brushed motor or M12 Fuel brushless – for anywhere close to the $50 add-on price as with the 3-tool combo kit. But if you’re mostly on the side of not needing or wanting it, the 2-tool combo is a great value.
There’s no need to rush, these types of deals don’t usually sell out quickly, and there will be plenty of promo combo kits like this throughout the holiday season.
