When looking for something on Home Depot’s online store today, I discovered that they had kicked off their Labor Day 2026 sale, including plenty of tool deals.
It seems that cordless outdoor power tools are a big focus of Home Depot’s Labor Day deals, which makes sense given that the summer is ending and Fall cleanup is just weeks away.
There are some professional, DIY, and woodworking tool deals and special buys as well, mainly featuring Dewalt 20V Max, Milwaukee M18 and M12, and Ryobi 18V cordless systems.
I am also seeing plenty of tool deals that I would pass on.

That’s not really a special deal, as there are free battery offers all the time, but the selection for this promo is huge and includes a lot of recent tools that I haven’t seen eligible for many discounts yet.
None of these deals seem, fleeting, although there are already a bunch of Dewalt freebie tool deals that Home Depot already lists as being sold out.
I’ll be taking a closer look at the deals, and encourage the same. But no need to rush, seeing as Labor Day is still 11 days away.
