Mark Clement – from MyFixitUpLife – is a remodeling contractor, content creator, tool reviewer, and home improvement expert.
According to posts from his wife Theresa – his partner at MyFixitUpLife – Mark suffered a vicious dog attack earlier this month while helping a friend with renovations.
Thankfully he survived, but Mark suffered severe trauma.
I wish this was some kind of scam and that it’s not true, but the posts have been up on multiple platforms for several days, via their social media and personal profiles.
There is a GoFundMe, here. GoFundMe says donations are guaranteed for one full year and will give a full refund “in the rare case something isn’t right.”
I have met many people in the tool world over the years. In no uncertain terms, Mark is one of the strongest – in mind, body, and character. He always came across as honest, kind, and motivated by an eagerness to help and inform.
They could use our help and support right now.
If you can, considering at least sending some good wishes their way, so that Mark and Theresa don’t feel alone.
Here’s the Instagram post:
Here’s one of his last posts before the dog attack:
Mark and Theresa Clement are good people.
Although we only shared a couple of conversations at various media events over the years, they were memorable for the best of reasons. Both always bring warm and light-hearted energy to the table.
Let’s do whatever we can to help them at this time.
