No power tool collection is complete without a good circular saw, a simple way to easily make fast, straight, and accurate cuts. Right now, Lowe’s has a great cordless option from a very good brand available with a very nice discount.
The Bosch 18V Brushless Cordless Circular Saw is on sale at Lowe’s for $169, 23% off its normal $219 price tag. This price is good whether you order this saw for shipping or pickup at your local store, and it’s good through the end of the month.
The powerful brushless motor at the heart of this tool can spin the attached blade up to 5,000 times per minute to make cuts up to 2.25 inches deep. It has depth gauges visible from both sides of the saw, a bevel range from 0 to 50 degrees (with detents at 0, 22.5, and 45 degrees), and a dust port that pivots 360 degrees so you can also direct sawdust away from the tool operator. A cut-line LED light, on-board change wrench and spindle lock, and an electronic convenience brake round out this saw’s robust feature set. It also weighs just over 6 pounds, sans battery, so it’s easy to maneuver as needed. It’s compatible with Bosch’s Core 18V batteries, sold separately.

“This is a nice light-duty, brushless, cordless circular saw,” wrote one shopper. While it can’t match the power of a corded saw, “it is perfect for cutting 2 by 4’s, plywood and other sizes of small wood.” Another shopper agreed, calling it a “great little saw.”
Another satisfied customer wrote “I needed a new saw that was light, powerful, and high quality that keeps going” and this saw fits the bill.
Saving $50 on the Bosch 18V Brushless Cordless Circular Saw means getting a saw that can handle anything a DIYer will throw at it for a quite reasonable price. Just make sure you snag one soon, as this deal is set to expire on January 31.
