Apple is likely to update its non-Pro AirPods lineup alongside other new hardware as early as next month, replacing the current entry-level second-gen AirPods.

A new report from Bloomberg says Apple will offer two versions of the fourth-gen AirPods — a low-priced model with basic functionality, and a higher-priced version featuring active noise cancellation, which may replace the third-generation model. As with the current AirPod models, design changes are likely to help further distinguish the two models.

The current lineup offers the basic AirPods 2 at $129, though they are frequently on sale. The AirPods 3, which resemble but are distinct from the noise-cancelling AirPods Pro, sell for $179.
